Welcome to Metanoia Rays.  We are about providing exceptional disability support services in Darwin, Brisbane, Melbourne and Newcastle.  Our mission is to empower individuals to live independently and with dignity. Our person-centered approach ensures quality care tailored to your needs.

Pronounced
'Met'-'uh'-'noi'-'uh'

'Meta' meaning beyond,
'Noia' meaning thoughts,
'Rays' as in a ray of hope, comfort, or other positive quality.

 Metanoia Rays was founded by two industry professionals in, Anjana Baral and Dharun Madathil, in Darwin in 2020. Their vision was to build a support service where all people are seen for their abilities.

A support service that is fair and accessible, where people living with disabilities have the opportunity to participate as equal citizens and exercise control over personal outcomes.

Since commencing service in the Northern Territory in 2020, Metanoia Rays has expanded across the country servicing participants in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.

Metanoia Rays has been consistently recognised for excellence and innovation within the disability sector.  In 2022, we were named a Top 3 Finalist at the Australian Disability Service Awards for Best Remote Service.  This was followed in 2023 by a win in the Best Employment category.  In 2024, Metanoia Rays was acknowledged as a finalist at the National Disability Service Awards for Excellence in Service Quality.  Most recently, in 2025, we were recognised in the Northern Territory as finalists in the Building Communities and Championing Health categories, and were proud winners at the Australian Disability Service Awards for Most Innovative Home and Living Solution.
